Aligned user requirements and business goals to increase revenue and business development. Innovated new product and brand strategies which were critical for the acquisition of initial and continued business. Crafted new product designs and go-to-market strategies which set the stage for the successful launch and growth of industry leading products.
Redefined the use of pre-cast concrete as a material used for high-end outdoor living products. Recognized for being at the forefront of innovation within the industry.
Led the company across design, product development, manufacturing, and GTM efforts with P&L responsibility
Collaborated with industry leading architects, landscape architects, designers, developers, and specialty retailers on award winning, high profile projects across commercial, hospitality, public, and residential sectors.
Established in-house manufacturing, a skilled production team, and a North American distribution network
Implemented aggressive growth and product strategies scaling revenue to 7 figures.
Acquired by Wells Concrete in 2012.
